University Partnerships

Bavarian universities have traditionally cultivated active exchanges with universities in the neighbouring countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Altogether, there are 290 partnerships with universities in Central and Eastern Europe. Through exchanges among students and lecturers, on-the-spot experience can be gathered, and this makes a vital contribution to mutual understanding. Academic exchanges sensitize graduates to different cultures at an early stage and offer valuable expertise to companies wishing to expand into these markets.
